• -Transportation will be provided based on the group size.
• -Pickup and drop-off are available only at the designated points mentioned in the itinerary.
• -Seat allocation is at the discretion of Happy Feet Travellers. Seat change requests cannot be guaranteed.
• -Front-row seats may be reserved for the Tour Leader or offered as paid premium seats.
• -The vehicle will cover only the sightseeing mentioned in the itinerary.
• -In case of traffic, roadblocks, mechanical issues, or vehicle breakdowns, every effort will be made to minimize delays. However, Happy Feet Travellers shall not be liable for missed trains, flights, or any consequential losses.
• -Some attractions may require guests to walk or use local transport where tourist vehicles are not permitted.
• *Accommodation
• -Standard hotel check-in/check-out timings are as per hotel policy.
• -Rooms are provided on the sharing basis mentioned in the package (Triple/Quad/Double).
• -Single occupancy is available at an additional cost, subject to availability.
• -Room allocation is subject to hotel availability and operational requirements.
• *Meals
• -Meals will be provided only as mentioned in the tour inclusions.
• -No refund or replacement will be provided for missed meals.

• *Train Travel (IRCTC)
• -Train tickets are subject to availability and are booked as per IRCTC rules.
• -Berth preferences, coach allocation, and seat numbers are allotted by IRCTC and cannot be guaranteed.
• -Waiting list and RAC tickets are governed entirely by IRCTC policies.
• -Train delays, cancellations, diversions, or schedule changes are beyond the control of Happy Feet Travellers.
• -All cancellations and refunds for train tickets will be processed as per the prevailing IRCTC cancellation policy.
• *Flights (If Applicable)
• -Flight bookings are subject to airline terms and conditions.
• -Airlines are responsible for delays, cancellations, baggage handling, and schedule changes.
• -Any additional charges arising from airline policy changes shall be borne by the traveller.
• *Cancellation & Force Majeure
• -Cancellation charges will apply as per the Cancellation Policy.
• -No refunds will be provided for unused services after the tour has commenced.
• -Happy Feet Travellers reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to weather conditions, government restrictions, natural calamities, strikes, road closures, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• -Additional expenses arising from such events shall be borne by the traveller.

• -Carry a valid Government-issued photo ID throughout the tour.
• -Guests are expected to maintain discipline and respect fellow travellers, local customs, and hotel/property rules.
• -Any personal expenses, shopping, porter charges, laundry, tips, or services not mentioned in the inclusions are payable by the traveller.
