• - 👥 Minimum Participation: At least 10 participants are required for the group departure to operate.
• - 🎟️ Booking Confirmation: Seats are confirmed only after payment verification and confirmation from Happy Feet Travellers.
• - 🚌 Pickup Timings: Travellers must arrive at their scheduled pickup points on time. Late arrivals may miss the departure. The bus may only wait for 10 mins at the maximum for your arrival.
• - 📍 Pickup Route: Intermediate pickups may be arranged along the existing route with prior confirmation. No route diversions.
• - 🕒 Itinerary Changes: Sightseeing order and timings may change due to traffic, weather, local restrictions or operational conditions.
• - 🦩 Wildlife Sightings: Flamingos and other birds are wild animals. Sightings cannot be guaranteed.
• - 🚤 Boat Safari: Boating is subject to weather, water levels, local permissions and safety conditions.
• - 🍛 Meals: Only items included in the fixed menus are covered. Additional orders are chargeable.
• - 🎒 Personal Belongings: Travellers are responsible for their luggage, valuables and personal belongings.
• - 🛕 Local Customs: Please respect temple rules, cultural practices and local communities.
• - 🌿 Responsible Tourism: Avoid littering, disturbing wildlife, feeding birds or damaging the natural environment.
• - 🩹 Health & Safety: Travellers must follow the instructions of the tour coordinator and local boat operator.
• - 💬 Pre-Trip Updates: A dedicated WhatsApp group will be created approximately 24 hours before departure with vehicle details, coordinator contacts, reminders and live tracking information.
