• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through WhatsApp/email. • Cancellation charges will be applicable as per the timeline mentioned below: Cancellation Period Cancellation Charges More than 30 days before departure ₹500 per person processing charges 15–30 days before departure 50% of tour cost 7–14 days before departure 75% of tour cost Less than 7 days before departure / No Show 100% of tour cost Important Notes: • Booking amount/advance payment is non-refundable if cancellation is made within the applicable cancellation period. • No refund will be provided for missed pickup, late arrival, or voluntary withdrawal during the tour. • Any unused services during the tour (meals, accommodation, transport, sightseeing) are non-refundable. • In case of cancellation due to unavoidable circumstances, refund decisions will be taken as per the company's policy after deducting applicable charges. • Refund processing time may take 7–10 working days after approval. • Any payment gateway charges, if applicable, will be deducted from the refund amount. Note: Happy Feet Travellers reserves the right to modify the cancellation policy based on operational requirements and service provider terms.

• • Seat allocation in the bus will be done on a first-come, first-served basis.
• • Premium front seats are available at an additional cost of ₹500 per seat.
• • Tour itinerary may change due to traffic conditions, weather, temple rush, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances.
• • The company reserves the right to modify the route, timings, or sequence of temple visits for smooth tour operations.
• • Travellers must report at the pickup point on time. The vehicle will not wait beyond the scheduled departure time.
• • Missed pickup due to late arrival will be considered as a no-show and no refund will be provided.
• • Accommodation will be provided on a twin-sharing basis (2 persons per room).
• • Any additional charges for room upgrades, personal expenses, or extra services will be borne by the traveller.
• • Temple darshan, queues, special pooja, donations, and offerings are subject to temple authorities and are not included unless specifically mentioned.
• • Lenyadri Doli service charges are payable directly at the location.
• • Travellers are responsible for their personal belongings, valuables, and luggage during the journey.
• • Any medical expenses, personal expenses, or losses during the tour will be borne by the traveller.
• • Food menu may change depending on availability and operational requirements.
• • Any damage caused to hotel property or vehicle by travellers will be recovered from the concerned person.
• • Happy Feet Travellers will not be responsible for delays caused by traffic, natural calamities, strikes, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond control.
• • The final itinerary and pickup details will be shared with travellers before departure.
