Cancellation requests must be submitted via WhatsApp or Email. The registration amount is non-transferable to another person. 100% refund (excluding train ticket charges) or 100% trip credit for future travel if cancelled 30 days or more before departure. 40% refund (excluding train ticket charges) or 50% trip credit if cancelled 15–29 days before departure. No refund or trip credit for cancellations made within 14 days of the tour departure or in case of a No Show. Train ticket cancellation charges will be applicable as per IRCTC rules and will be deducted from the refund amount. Trip credits (carry forward) are valid for 6 months from the original departure date and can be used for any Happy Feet Travellers tour. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days after cancellation approval. If Happy Feet Travellers cancels the tour due to unavoidable circumstances, guests can choose between a full refund or transferring the booking to another departure, subject to availability. No refund or compensation will be provided for itinerary changes, delays, or cancellations caused by natural calamities, landslides, road closures, train delays, government restrictions, strikes, or other force majeure events.

• * Booking is confirmed only after payment of the prescribed registration amount.
• * Full payment must be completed on or before the due date mentioned in the booking confirmation.
• * All travellers must carry a valid Government-issued photo ID throughout the trip.
• * Train tickets are booked subject to IRCTC availability. Berth preference, coach allocation, and seat positions cannot be guaranteed.
• * The itinerary is subject to change due to weather conditions, road closures, train delays, government regulations, or any unforeseen circumstances.
• * Accommodation will be provided on a twin, triple, or quad-sharing basis as per the package selected.
• * Single or twin occupancy (where applicable) is available at an additional cost and is subject to availability.
• * Guests are requested to report at the boarding point at least **30 minutes** before the scheduled departure.
• * Punctuality is essential. The group and vehicle will not wait for late arrivals.
• * Consumption of alcohol, smoking, or any illegal substances in public places is strictly prohibited.
• * Guests are expected to respect local culture, religious sites, wildlife, and fellow travellers throughout the journey.
• * Littering, damaging monuments, or disturbing wildlife is strictly prohibited.
• * Any damage caused to hotel property, vehicles, or public property will be the sole responsibility of the guest.
• * Personal belongings, luggage, cash, and valuables are entirely the traveller's responsibility. Happy Feet Travellers shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage.
• * Additional expenses arising due to natural calamities, roadblocks, strikes, train delays, landslides, or any force majeure event shall be borne by the traveller.
• * The Tour Leader's decision regarding safety, itinerary modifications, and tour management shall be final and binding.
