At **Happy Feet Travellers**, we understand that plans can change. To ensure smooth tour operations, the following cancellation policy applies: * More than **30 days before departure:** 25% of the total tour cost will be deducted as cancellation charges. * **15–30 days before departure:** 50% of the total tour cost will be deducted as cancellation charges. * **7–14 days before departure:** 75% of the total tour cost will be deducted as cancellation charges. * **Less than 7 days before departure** or **No Show:** 100% of the tour cost will be charged, and no refund will be provided. * Any cancellation of bus/train tickets booked separately will be governed by the respective transport operator's cancellation policy. * Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within **7–10 working days** after approval and will be credited to the original mode of payment. * No refund will be provided for unused services, missed meals, missed sightseeing, or if a participant leaves the tour midway for personal reasons. * In the event of cancellations due to natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, roadblocks, pandemics, or other force majeure events, refunds or rescheduling will be subject to the policies of hotels, transport providers, and local vendors. * **Happy Feet Travellers** reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the tour due to insufficient bookings or unavoidable operational reasons. In such cases, participants will be offered an alternative departure or a refund as per the applicable policy.

• * A minimum booking amount is required to confirm your seat on the tour. Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of the advance payment.
• * Full payment must be completed before the departure date as communicated by **Happy Feet Travellers**.
• * Seats are allotted on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability.
• * Bus/train tickets from **Pune/Mumbai to Hosapete** and the return journey are not included unless specifically mentioned in your booking.
• * The itinerary is subject to change due to weather conditions, traffic, road closures, government regulations, operational requirements, or any unforeseen circumstances. The tour leader reserves the right to modify the schedule in the best interest of the group.
• *A dedicated Happy Feet Travellers Tour Coordinator will accompany the group only if the departure has a minimum of 10 confirmed participants.
• *If the group size is less than 10 participants, the tour will operate as a customized FIT (Fully Independent Traveller) package.
• *In such cases, all arrangements—including accommodation, transportation, sightseeing, and local assistance—will be pre-arranged by Happy Feet Travellers, and complete support will be provided remotely via phone and WhatsApp throughout your journey.
• * Participants must carry a valid government-issued photo ID throughout the tour.
• * Travelers are responsible for taking care of their personal belongings. **Happy Feet Travellers** will not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage.
• * Optional activities such as cliff jumping are conducted by local operators and are entirely at the participant's own risk, subject to weather and safety conditions.
• * Consumption of alcohol, drugs, or any illegal substances during the tour is strictly prohibited.
• * Guests are expected to maintain discipline, respect fellow travelers, local culture, heritage sites, and follow the instructions of the tour leader at all times.
• * Any damage caused to hotel property, vehicles, or public property by a participant will be the sole responsibility of that participant.
• * No refunds or compensation will be provided for unused services, missed meals, late arrivals, or sightseeing missed due to personal reasons.
• * In the event of natural calamities, strikes, roadblocks, transport delays, political disturbances, or other force majeure situations, any additional expenses incurred shall be borne by the participant.
• * By confirming the booking, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the tour itinerary, inclusions, exclusions, cancellation policy, and these Terms & Conditions.
