* Cancellation requests must be made in writing via **WhatsApp or Email**. * **30% of the total tour cost** will be deducted for cancellations made **15–30 days** before the tour departure. * **50% of the total tour cost** will be deducted for cancellations made **8–14 days** before the tour departure. * **No refund** will be provided for cancellations made **within 7 days** of the tour departure or in case of a **No Show**. * **Train/Flight ticket cancellation charges** (if applicable) will be deducted as per **IRCTC/Airline policies**. * Any **non-refundable bookings** such as permits, accommodation, or entry tickets already booked will also be deducted from the refund amount. * Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within **7–10 working days** after cancellation approval. * If **Happy Feet Travellers** cancels the tour due to unavoidable circumstances, guests will receive a **full refund** of the amount paid or may opt to transfer the booking to a future departure (subject to availability). * No refund or compensation will be provided for delays, itinerary changes, or cancellations caused by **natural calamities, government restrictions, road closures, strikes, pandemics, or other force majeure events**. * Booking is **non-transferable** unless approved by Happy Feet Travellers at least **7 days** before departure.

• * The itinerary may be modified due to weather, road conditions, government regulations, or any unforeseen circumstances without prior notice.
• * Tour timings are indicative and may vary depending on traffic and operational conditions.
• * Room allocation will be on twin/triple/quad sharing basis as per availability and package selected.
• * Guests are requested to be punctual. The vehicle will not wait for late arrivals.
• * Consumption of alcohol, smoking, or use of prohibited substances in public places is strictly prohibited.
• * Any damage caused to hotel property or the vehicle by a guest will be charged directly to the guest.
• * Please respect local customs, culture, wildlife, and maintain cleanliness at all destinations.
• * Littering at tourist places is strictly prohibited. Please use dustbins and avoid single-use plastics wherever possible.
• * Personal belongings are the sole responsibility of the guest. Happy Feet Travellers will not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage.
• * Any additional expenses due to natural calamities, roadblocks, strikes, vehicle breakdowns, flight/train delays, or government restrictions shall be borne by the guest.
• * The tour leader's decision regarding safety, itinerary changes, and tour management will be final and binding.
