At **Happy Feet Travellers**, we understand that plans can change. To ensure smooth tour operations, the following cancellation policy applies: * More than **30 days before departure:** 25% of the total tour cost will be deducted as cancellation charges. * **15–30 days before departure:** 50% of the total tour cost will be deducted as cancellation charges. * **7–14 days before departure:** 75% of the total tour cost will be deducted as cancellation charges. * **Less than 7 days before departure** or **No Show:** 100% of the tour cost will be charged, and no refund will be provided. * Any cancellation of bus/train tickets booked separately will be governed by the respective transport operator's cancellation policy. * Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within **7–10 working days** after approval and will be credited to the original mode of payment. * No refund will be provided for unused services, missed meals, missed sightseeing, or if a participant leaves the tour midway for personal reasons. * In the event of cancellations due to natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, roadblocks, pandemics, or other force majeure events, refunds or rescheduling will be subject to the policies of hotels, transport providers, and local vendors. * **Happy Feet Travellers** reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the tour due to insufficient bookings or unavoidable operational reasons. In such cases, participants will be offered an alternative departure or a refund as per the applicable policy.

• * A minimum advance payment is required to confirm your booking. Confirmation is subject to the availability of hotels, transport, and other travel services.
• * Full payment must be completed before the travel date as communicated by **Happy Feet Travellers**.
• * Package prices are based on the selected travel dates, number of travelers, hotel category, and inclusions. Any changes may result in a revised package cost.
• * Hotel check-in and check-out timings are subject to the respective hotel's policies.
• * Flight, train, bus, or cab bookings are subject to availability and the terms and conditions of the respective service providers.
• * The itinerary may be modified due to weather conditions, road closures, government regulations, operational reasons, or unforeseen circumstances. We will make every effort to provide suitable alternatives wherever possible.
• * All travelers must carry a valid government-issued photo ID during the trip.
• * Travelers are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings. **Happy Feet Travellers** will not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage.
• * Optional activities, adventure sports, and additional sightseeing are not included unless specifically mentioned in the package and are undertaken at the traveler's own risk.
• * Any damage caused to hotel property, vehicles, or equipment by the traveler will be charged directly to the traveler.
• * No refund or compensation will be provided for unused services, missed sightseeing, delayed arrivals, or changes requested after the trip has commenced.
• * Additional expenses arising due to flight/train delays, natural calamities, strikes, roadblocks, political disturbances, or any force majeure event shall be borne by the traveler.
• * Any increase in government taxes, entry fees, fuel prices, or supplier charges after booking will be payable by the traveler, if applicable.
• * By confirming the booking, the traveler agrees to the itinerary, package inclusions, exclusions, cancellation policy, and these Terms & Conditions.
