✦ A booking is considered confirmed only after the required advance payment has been received. ✦ Cancellation charges will be calculated based on the total package cost. ✦ 30 days or more before departure: Booking amount or actual cancellation charges (whichever is higher) will apply. ✦ 15–29 days before departure: 30% of the total package cost will be charged. ✦ 7–14 days before departure: 50% of the total package cost will be charged. ✦ Less than 7 days before departure or No Show: 100% of the package cost will be charged. No refund will be applicable. ✦ Flight, train, bus, ferry, hotel, or other third-party supplier cancellation charges will be applicable as per their respective policies and will be deducted from the refund amount. ✦ Any non-refundable bookings such as permits, entry tickets, peak-season hotel bookings, or special event reservations will be deducted as per actual charges. ✦ Any modification to the travel dates or itinerary will be treated as a cancellation and a new booking, subject to availability and applicable charges. ✦ If Happy Feet Travellers cancels the tour due to operational reasons, a full refund of the amount received for the package will be processed within 5–7 working days. (This does not include cancellations caused by airlines, railways, hotels, government authorities, or force majeure events.) ✦ Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method after deducting applicable cancellation and service charges.

• ✦ A minimum advance payment is required to confirm your booking. Confirmation is subject to the availability of hotels, transportation, and other travel services.
• ✦ Full payment must be completed before the commencement of the tour as communicated by Happy Feet Travellers.
• ✦ Package prices are based on the selected travel dates, number of travelers, hotel category, vehicle type, and inclusions. Any changes requested after confirmation may result in a revised package cost.
• ✦ Hotel check-in and check-out timings are governed by the respective hotel's policies.
• ✦ Flight, train, bus, ferry, or cab bookings (if requested) are subject to availability and the terms of the respective service providers.
• ✦ The itinerary may be adjusted due to weather conditions, road closures, government regulations, operational requirements, or unforeseen circumstances. Suitable alternatives will be arranged wherever possible.
• ✦ All travelers must carry a valid government-issued photo ID throughout the trip.
• ✦ Travelers are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings. Happy Feet Travellers shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage.
• ✦ Entry tickets, permits, adventure activities, and guide services are included only if specifically mentioned in your package confirmation.
• ✦ Optional activities and adventure sports are conducted by third-party operators and are undertaken entirely at the traveler's own risk.
• ✦ Any damage caused to hotel property, vehicles, or public property by the traveler will be the sole responsibility of the traveler.
• ✦ No refund or compensation will be provided for unused services, missed sightseeing, late arrivals, or itinerary changes requested after the tour has commenced.
• ✦ Additional expenses arising due to flight/train delays, natural calamities, strikes, road closures, political disturbances, or any force majeure event shall be borne by the traveler.
• ✦ Any increase in government taxes, entry fees, fuel prices, toll charges, or supplier rates after booking will be payable by the traveler, if applicable.
• ✦ By confirming the booking, the traveler acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the itinerary, inclusions, exclusions, cancellation policy, and these Terms & Conditions.
