## 🇬🇧 Cancellation & Refund Policy – Kerala Tour Package At **Happy Feet Travellers**, we understand that travel plans may change. Cancellation requests will be processed as per the below policy: ### Cancellation Charges: * **60 Days or more before departure:** ✅ Advance amount will be refunded after deducting applicable non-refundable charges (if any) such as hotel, transport, flight/train booking charges, or payment gateway charges. * **45–60 Days before departure:** 🔸 25% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees. * **30–45 Days before departure:** 🔸 50% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees. * **15–30 Days before departure:** 🔸 75% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees. * **Less than 15 Days before departure / No Show:** ❌ No refund will be provided. --- ### Important Points: * Cancellation requests must be submitted **in writing through WhatsApp or email**. * The cancellation date will be considered from the date we receive the written request. * Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within **7–15 working days** after confirmation of the cancellation amount. * Any **non-refundable charges** paid towards hotels, flights, railway tickets, transport, permits, or activities will be deducted from the refund amount. * In case of cancellation due to **medical emergencies or unavoidable circumstances**, refunds will be considered as per supplier policies and supporting documents. * No refund will be provided for: * Late arrival or early departure from the tour * Missed sightseeing due to personal reasons * Unused meals, accommodation, transport, or services included in the package * The company reserves the right to modify the cancellation policy depending on specific supplier terms and peak season bookings. --- # 🇮🇳 रद्द करणे व परतावा धोरण – केरळ टूर पॅकेज **Happy Feet Travellers** येथे आम्हाला समजते की प्रवासाच्या योजना बदलू शकतात. बुकिंग रद्द केल्यास खालील धोरण लागू होईल: ### रद्द शुल्क: * **प्रवासाच्या 60 दिवसांपूर्वी किंवा त्यापूर्वी:** ✅ लागू न होणारे खर्च (हॉटेल, वाहन, फ्लाइट/रेल्वे तिकीट, पेमेंट गेटवे शुल्क इ.) वजा करून उर्वरित रक्कम परत केली जाईल. * **प्रवासाच्या 45 ते 60 दिवस आधी:** 🔸 एकूण पॅकेज किमतीच्या 25% रक्कम रद्द शुल्क म्हणून आकारली जाईल. * **प्रवासाच्या 30 ते 45 दिवस आधी:** 🔸 एकूण पॅकेज किमतीच्या 50% रक्कम रद्द शुल्क म्हणून आकारली जाईल. * **प्रवासाच्या 15 ते 30 दिवस आधी:** 🔸 एकूण पॅकेज किमतीच्या 75% रक्कम रद्द शुल्क म्हणून आकारली जाईल. * **प्रवासाच्या 15 दिवसांपेक्षा कमी कालावधीत / प्रवासाला न आल्यास:** ❌ कोणताही परतावा दिला जाणार नाही. --- ### महत्त्वाच्या सूचना: * रद्द करण्याची विनंती **WhatsApp किंवा ई-मेलद्वारे लेखी स्वरूपात** करणे आवश्यक आहे. * रद्द करण्याची तारीख आम्हाला विनंती प्राप्त झालेल्या तारखेपासून ग्राह्य धरली जाईल. * लागू असलेला परतावा **7–15 कामकाजाच्या दिवसांत** प्रक्रिया केला जाईल. * हॉटेल, फ्लाइट, रेल्वे तिकीट, वाहन, परमिट किंवा इतर सेवांसाठी भरलेले **नॉन-रिफंडेबल शुल्क** परताव्यातून वजा केले जाईल. * वैद्यकीय कारणे किंवा अनपेक्षित परिस्थितीत रद्द केल्यास संबंधित सेवा प्रदात्यांच्या नियमांनुसार निर्णय घेतला जाईल. * खालील परिस्थितीत कोणताही परतावा दिला जाणार नाही: * प्रवासाला उशिरा पोहोचणे किंवा मध्येच प्रवास सोडणे * वैयक्तिक कारणांमुळे दर्शन किंवा उपक्रम चुकणे * पॅकेजमधील न वापरलेल्या सेवा, जेवण, हॉटेल किंवा वाहतूक सुविधा * पीक सीझन किंवा विशेष बुकिंगनुसार कंपनीला रद्द धोरणात आवश्यक बदल करण्याचा अधिकार राहील.

• ✅ Package cost is based on current availability of hotels, transportation, train tickets, and flight fares. Prices may change depending on availability at the time of booking.
• ✅ Booking confirmation will be provided only after receiving the required advance payment and confirmation from the service providers.
• ✅ Hotel rooms will be provided on Double / Triple Sharing basis as per the package. Any room upgrade or special request will attract additional charges.
• ✅ The itinerary may be modified slightly due to weather conditions, traffic, road conditions, local authority restrictions, operational issues, or unforeseen circumstances while ensuring maximum possible sightseeing.
• ✅ All sightseeing, boating, activities, and attractions are subject to weather conditions, availability, and local operational guidelines.
• ✅ Periyar Lake Boat Safari tickets are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed during peak season due to limited capacity.
• ✅ Flight tickets, railway tickets, and hotel bookings are subject to availability. Any increase in fare after booking confirmation will be payable by the guest.
• ✅ Guests must carry valid government-issued ID proof during the tour. PAN card may be required for certain bookings.
• ✅ Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during the journey. The company will not be responsible for loss or damage of personal items.
• ✅ Any meals, activities, entrance fees, or services not specifically mentioned under Inclusions will be charged additionally.
• ✅ Any additional expenses due to natural calamities, weather changes, strikes, road closures, medical emergencies, vehicle breakdowns, or other unavoidable situations will be borne by the traveller.
• ✅ Guests are requested to follow the reporting time, itinerary schedule, and instructions given by the tour manager for smooth tour operations.
• ✅ Any guest missing sightseeing or activities due to personal reasons will not be eligible for a refund.
• ✅ Mandatory Christmas / New Year Gala Dinner charges (if applicable) will be payable directly by guests as per hotel policy.
• ✅ The company reserves the right to make necessary changes in the itinerary without compromising the overall travel experience.

• ✅ पॅकेजची किंमत हॉटेल, वाहतूक, ट्रेन तिकीट आणि फ्लाइट उपलब्धतेनुसार निश्चित केली जाते. बुकिंगच्या वेळेनुसार किंमतीमध्ये बदल होऊ शकतो.
• ✅ आवश्यक आगाऊ रक्कम भरल्यानंतर आणि संबंधित सेवा प्रदात्यांकडून पुष्टी मिळाल्यानंतरच बुकिंग निश्चित मानले जाईल.
• ✅ हॉटेलमध्ये राहण्याची व्यवस्था डबल / ट्रिपल शेअरिंग प्रमाणे केली जाईल. रूम अपग्रेड किंवा विशेष मागणीसाठी अतिरिक्त शुल्क लागू होईल.
• ✅ हवामान, वाहतूक, रस्त्यांची परिस्थिती, स्थानिक प्रशासनाचे नियम किंवा अनपेक्षित परिस्थितींमुळे प्रवासाच्या वेळापत्रकात आवश्यक बदल केले जाऊ शकतात.
• ✅ सर्व पर्यटन स्थळे, बोटिंग, उपक्रम व दर्शन हवामान, उपलब्धता आणि स्थानिक नियमांवर अवलंबून असतील.
• ✅ पेरियार लेक बोट सफारीची तिकिटे उपलब्धतेनुसार दिली जातील. गर्दीच्या काळात तिकिटांची हमी देता येणार नाही.
• ✅ फ्लाइट, रेल्वे तिकीट आणि हॉटेल बुकिंग उपलब्धतेनुसार केले जाईल. बुकिंगनंतर दर वाढल्यास अतिरिक्त रक्कम प्रवाशांना भरावी लागेल.
• ✅ प्रवाशांनी प्रवासादरम्यान वैध सरकारी ओळखपत्र सोबत ठेवणे आवश्यक आहे.
• ✅ प्रवासादरम्यान आपल्या वैयक्तिक वस्तूंची काळजी घेणे ही प्रवाशांची जबाबदारी असेल. वस्तू हरवल्यास किंवा नुकसान झाल्यास कंपनी जबाबदार राहणार नाही.
• ✅ समाविष्ट (Inclusions) मध्ये नमूद नसलेल्या कोणत्याही सेवा, प्रवेश शुल्क, उपक्रम किंवा अतिरिक्त खर्चासाठी प्रवासी स्वतः जबाबदार असतील.
• ✅ नैसर्गिक आपत्ती, हवामान बदल, संप, रस्ता बंद, वैद्यकीय आपत्कालीन परिस्थिती, वाहन बिघाड किंवा इतर अनपेक्षित कारणांमुळे होणारा अतिरिक्त खर्च प्रवाशांना करावा लागेल.
• ✅ टूर सुरळीत पार पडण्यासाठी प्रवाशांनी टूर मॅनेजरने दिलेल्या वेळा व सूचनांचे पालन करणे आवश्यक आहे.
• ✅ वैयक्तिक कारणांमुळे कोणतेही दर्शन किंवा उपक्रम चुकल्यास कोणताही परतावा दिला जाणार नाही.
• ✅ ख्रिसमस / न्यू इयर गाला डिनर शुल्क (लागू असल्यास) हॉटेलच्या नियमानुसार प्रवाशांनी थेट भरावे.
